I have officially gone to all of my classes. They are actually not that bad, of course they are all in French. We've been getting a good amount of homework, which Molly and I do together a lot of the time and sometimes with the help of our families. It is all things we've done before, so far, which is good.
Today was the first day we saw the sun since Saturday. Apparently it is the rainy season right now, and although I am happy that it's not snow, the weather has been pretty bad. Nothing too exciting has happened recently. Molly and I tried to walk to town one day and we got extremely lost, ending up in Laverune, a near by city. We walked past a sign that said Montpellier with a big red X through it and did not think anything of it. Not one of our smartest moments. We had a nice walk though, talked a lot as always (and really fast, as everyone tells us; even our friends here commented on it).
The weekends are a lot of fun, we go out as a group and meet new people and my host family is really cool about me coming home late. On Saturday, Mollys host family went to a dinner party, so Molly, Kate, Katelyn, and I made a delicious dinner, baked some chocolate chip cookies and had a couple of bottles of wine. I am so greatful that my weekends start on Thursday!
One of my friends from the program has had a really hard time so far. She has been placed with 2 different families, already, and it is not going well. I was talking to my host mom about it and she suggested that we ask Elizabeth to live with us! There were a few rules set- first and most important, absolutely NO English while in the house. We promised, ut-oh. Also, no allergies to pets considering I have 3 cats and a dog. She loves animals (much more than I do), so that is not going to be a problem. Basically I am really excited and I think this will be the best thing for her. She seems really excited, too. Also, I'll have a friend my age and someone to gossip with and go out with. I have always shared a room, either with my sister or one of my closest friends at school, and I'll admit that I grew to love it. Although I will still have my own room, it will be nice to have someone here that I can hang out with like I would with my college roommates or family members.
Other than that, I'm pretty much having a great time and I can't wait until it gets nicer out. Molly calculated, 100 days until we come home! I can't believe it's almost been a whole month!
Miss you guys! Bisous!

I really enjoy reading your blog even though it so very closely resembles mine. Is that weird? Probably. Anyways, you are so French when you say Bisous. Au revoir.
